Our Moulding Department is very versatile and flexible. We have available 39 injection machineries and 5 robots that are connected to the molds, we can start up a new project for plastic parts production in a very short time. The daily production potential is approximately 1.000.000 pieces, assembled and packaged under rigorous quality control.

Being supportive in designing and managing every possible new plastic project proposal.

Some machines are assisted by robots capable of speeding up operations and increasing the degree of automation, thanks to this we are able to print types of products even outside our native area, such as plastic parts for automotive companies and small parts for the cosmetics industry.

The fleet of machines is made up of fully electric presses, with high energy efficiency compared to the old hydraulic ones.
In the last two year we just invested in 9 moulding injection machineries with new power supply which allow us to save the 50% of energy consumption. Moreover they are equipped with Wi-Fi technology for an immediate and more precise data transmission (under implementation).
The company includes a range of injection molding machines from 80 to 400 tons.
